This product is a tamper evident plastic cap intended for food contact use.
It is suitable for milk and dairy products, as well as cloudy and clear beverages.

The cap is designed for room-temperature filling and long-term storage at room temperature.
It is intended for single-use applications.

Manufactured from food-grade plastic materials, this tamper evident cap provides a clear opening indication and is suitable for dairy and beverage packaging.

Product Function: 

When the cap knob is opened, the cap rotates simultaneously with the packaging via the connecting ring, thus tearing open the anti-opening safety ring inside the packaging box, allowing the beverage to pour out of the bottle.

Product Packaging and Storage

Packaging: Reinforced corrugated cardboard box packaging, with thickened moisture-proof bags inside. 

Storage:

1. Keep in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse free from chemical, harmful, corrosive or toxic contamination, ideal temp 15–38℃. If temp <15℃, acclimate caps at ≥15℃ for 24h before use. Shelf life: 1 year from production date. Use protective mats for the bottom layer.

2. Use clean, dry vehicles. Stacked weight must not exceed outer package pressure resistance. Cover products to avoid contamination; prevent heavy/lateral pressure, dropping, collision with hard objects. No throwing, handle with care. Avoid moisture, rain, high temp and direct sunlight.
